Genogram Builder is a tool for drawing, editing and exporting family diagrams. These terms describe the use of genogrambuilder.org and its account features.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in information secure. You retain your existing rights in the content you create. When you save, submit or publish content through a feature, you permit the processing needed to provide that feature, as described in our privacy policy.

Only upload or publish information you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to expose another person's private information without permission, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content or interfere with the service.

Reviewing your work

A diagram records information you supply; it does not establish whether family, health or other facts are correct. Review imported data, AI suggestions and exports before relying on them or sharing them. Keep your own exported backups of important work.

Features and plans

Features and project limits depend on the plan shown in the application. AI and payment features also depend on provider availability and configuration. When paid checkout is available, its price and billing interval are shown before purchase; subscription controls are provided through account billing.

Leaving the service

You can stop using the editor, delete saved projects and delete your account through Studio settings. Export any work you want to retain first. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it through billing before deleting your account.
